BLOG: DIET DAY 1

So, I am officially doing this 3-Day diet in a desperate attempt to jump start some consciousness in my life. My mum did it before and she lost weight on it. But the thing is, its not about the weight for me. I've always been happy with myself and always confident about my body. I think sometimes we just need a little zap to get some extra oomph with our strut.

I have this unusual habit of trying out weight loss programs and never following through because I just can't limit my life to bland and utterly sad food. But a couple of days ago, I saw this commercial for a challenge that friends are doing to motivate themselves to lose weight. I figured it might be fun and perhaps some incentives that I have set for myself would as well be something to look forward to.

I'm not telling y'all to do this since I have no idea if it will even work. But why not right? The only thing I'll lose is probably a couple of water weight and maybe a lesson learned. So let's see. I'm excited. But as well, I'm going to already tell myself, "Czarra, I told you so!!" whether the outcome be favorable... or not..


Breakfast:
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
1/2 Grapefruit or Juice
1 slice toast with 1 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

Lunch:
1/2 Cup of Tuna
1 slice toast
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Dinner:
3 oz. any lean meat
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 cup vanilla ice cream
1 medium apple
Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water


*No Stress. Life is Good.*
