FOOD: SUPER AWESOME MEDITERRANEAN STYLE BURGER

So, I thought I'd share with y'all my recipe for a special gourmet burger. Hope you enjoy making it as much as I did!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground lamb (if you don't like lamb, you can substitute this with ground pork or wagyu beef)
1/2 onion, peeled, finely chopped
1 finely chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 whole egg
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Siding:
.watercress and arugula leaves
.Greek style sauce
(Mix together: 1 shredded or thinly sliced deseeded cucumber, 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt, squeeze of lemon, chopped mint leaves, 1 grated garlic clove, 1 tbsp. olive oil, salt & pepper)
.sliced onions
.sliced tomatoes

PROCEDURE:

-Blend ingredients in a large bowl.
-Form patties 1/2-1 inch thick.
-Char grill (BEST OPTION), broil or fry the burgers to your taste.
-Serve on a warm lightly toasted burger bun or a fresh pita bread with your choice of sidings.
